Psychiatric & Behavioral Health Services

We are a fully virtual practice offering easily accessible telehealth appointments. You can enjoy convenient, confidential visits right from the comfort of your own home! All registration forms, consents, insurance verifications, and payment information will be submitted and maintained electronically via our secure, HIPAA-compliant electronic medical record system.

Initial Evaluation

Your initial psychiatric evaluation provides an opportunity to discuss your mental health history, current symptoms, concerns, medications, and treatment goals.

This comprehensive assessment helps determine appropriate treatment recommendations and establishes a personalized plan for your care.

Follow Up Appointments

These visits are scheduled for 20-30 minutes, and address your responses to any medications prescribed. We will work closely to address your concerns, answer your questions, and manage your symptoms.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is integrated into assessments, using diverse therapeutic approaches and techniques, and provides valuable benefits such as emotional regulation, behavioral change, and cognitive restructuring.

Genetic Testing

We partner with Genesight to offer genetic testing to assist in the clinical consideration of psychiatric medication use for established patients. This cutting-edge science is inexpensive and is covered by some insurance plans. Genesight also offers convenient payment plans.

Administrative Requests

In efforts to offer patients the highest quality of clinical services, we charge administrative fees for non-clinical services including: medical record releases, forms, letters, and disability paperwork. Fees are determined based on complexity and time required for completion. In some cases, paperwork may be completed during regularly scheduled appointments. This is case dependent and at the provider's discretion.

PLEASE NOTE: Your mental health wellness journey requires teamwork. It is your responsibility to ensure you are attending scheduled appointments. All patients will receive email and phone reminders. You may be charged a no-show fee if appointments are not cancelled at least two business days in advance. No future appointments will be scheduled until these fees are paid. Our practice requires patients to have a method of payment on file for scheduling purposes.

·Below are the insurance companies currently accepted, these may vary for your service area. We have credentialing processes in place for additional carriers, and will update these as they become available. If we are considered as an out-of-network provider for your insurance carrier, we can furnish a superbill that you may submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement. Complete Behavioral Health, PLLC does not submit these requests. Flexible, self-pay rates may be offered to eligible patients.
